About
HAMZiL Property
We are the property management arm of HAMZiL Holdings Sdn Bhd — a Malaysian family holding company based in Kuala Lumpur.
We manage a portfolio of 150+ rental units across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Johor, with a dedicated operations team, an on-ground contractor in Rawang, and our own custom-built property management software.
We are not an agency. We do not broker other people's properties. We own and manage our own — and we do it with professional systems, proper contracts, and genuine care for our tenants.

Systematic Rent Collection
Rent is tracked monthly with receipts. Short payments are flagged and followed up. We know what's paid and what isn't — always.
Active Maintenance
Issues are logged, assigned, and tracked to completion. Our on-ground contractor handles maintenance across the Bukit Beruntung cluster. We don't let problems sit.
Utility Monitoring
We track electricity, water, and sewerage bills across all properties. No bill slips through unnoticed.
Dedicated Operations Team
Our NFTS team handles day-to-day finance and admin. You deal with us — we deal with everything else.
